⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Landscaping Company - Honest, Reliable, and Highly Professional

Recently had new sod put in and with a lot of rain I needed to call in professionals for the first cut and ongoing maintenance.
I cannot recommend this landscaping company highly enough. From the first phone call to the completion of the project, their team was incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they always took the time to answer questions and provide honest recommendations.

What stood out most was their reliability and integrity. They showed up when they said they would, kept us informed every step of the way, and delivered exactly what they promised. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship were evident in every aspect of the project.

If you’re looking for a landscaping company that is trustworthy, dependable, and truly cares about customer satisfaction, this is the team to call. The results exceeded our expectations, and our property looks better than ever. We will definitely be using them again for future landscaping projects and highly recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping services.

We have been using JC Landscaping for many years for our weekly lawn maintenance, and they are, without question, the best landscaping company we have ever hired. Our property has a very steep slope, which requires skill and attention to detail, and they consistently do an exceptional job. Our neighbours often comment on how beautiful and well-maintained our lawn looks.

More recently, we hired JC Landscaping for additional landscaping projects at our home. Dylan led the project with professionalism, excellent communication, and thoughtful suggestions. Sarah and her team, David and Nepthaly, were very hardworking, respectful of our property, and a true pleasure to work with from start to finish.

We couldn't be happier with the final results and highly recommend JC Landscaping team to anyone looking for dependable, skilled, and professional landscaping services.

JC Landscaping provided a very professional and great experience for our backyard project. They were transparent for all costing and for all challenges we had with supplier's manufactured products. They were excellent at responding immediately to our requests. It was a refreshing change to have a company care so deeply about their customer service. We especially appreciated the attention that Brendon Jones, Senior Foreman, contributed to assist us with the many decisions required. Not only was the process exciting but we now have a space to enjoy for many years.
Thank you for a job well done!!

We chose JC Landscaping because of their many excellent reviews online and their prompt response to our initial inquiries. Owen listened thoughtfully and offered practical and effective solutions that helped formulate and solidify our vision. He suggested a partnership with the team of professionals at Jackson Pond to provide the pondless waterfall feature we so wanted. The teams assigned to our project worked seamlessly to provide and implement a design that was beyond what we even imagined! The timing was exactly as promised and the quality of the work is undeniably impressive! In about 9 days we went from lawn to lawn-free! We love our new look, from the calming waterfall feature and the hard scape that enhances it, to the variety of plants and shrubbery so perfectly chosen for us by Vanessa. A-plus for JC Landscaping Inc.! If you are looking for a professional team to provide landscape inspiration, design and construction, give JC Landscaping Inc. a call!

I searched around for a professional landscape company to service the Erin, Orangeville, Caledon area. I reached out several companies, several prominent names in the area never followed up. One prominent Orangeville showed up and estimated the work with very little to no explanation of their service, abilities and even the site walk was brief at best.
So I chanced it in Google. JC landscape. Good reviews so what the heck !!!
Ok this is where service was exceptional. Owen their team client experience lead, walked us through the whole company process. They are well run, highly professional system. I knew the owner has spent a lot of time on this to ensure the customer experience was positive. We had drawing done, reviewed options, present alternative options. Estimate the work, provide change of scope along the way. Any issues we’re dealt with professionally and the site crew foreman Brad was great. The workers were trained to be professional. This was a highly organized, professional operation that Justin the owner has built. Even personally going to the quarry to pick out these massive stones for the project. This was a complex, and delicate job with the location of the work.
Any hick ups get handled by Owen until the matter has been resolved. Any company can sell a job, I define a company by how well they take care of the customer after the job is done. Warranty, issues and follow up Quality control with the owners. Their invite to their office was an extra nice feature, as I wanted to see was their place neat and organized or was it a dump site and filthy. This tells me about who I’m dealing with.
They are not for people who want it “cheap” or fast. They are a company where you want value, service, and professionalism! For a Google search I would say based on the length of this review I was very happy with their work. They will be our go to company in the future and always first recommendation if anyone asks. Thank you to Justin (owner) Owen (chief experience officer ) Brad (Forman) and the crew and office team.

Excellent design experience and quality workmanship. Our beautiful pool reno was completed on budget and in a timely manner (despite COVID related material supply disruptions).

We have used JC Landscaping for our lawn cutting for the past several years and they do a consistent excellent job. We recently hired Justin and his team to renovate our pool patio area and gardens. They did an exceptional job, taking care to respect the surrounding areas and our neighbour's property during the excavation work. Justin was attentive and listened to our preferences. Nestor, the crew leader, was so kind and considerate. The new patio area is pristine, with lovely outdoor lighting. When the crew finished up, you would never know anyone had been there. The cleanup was exceptional! We highly recommend Justin and his team at JC Landscaping!

Another season and another successful project completed by the team at JC Landscape in Tottenham, Ontario. Many companies can deliver once and then disappoint on the next job—but not JC Landscape. Their consistency and commitment to quality craftsmanship truly set them apart.

From the first email to the project wrap-up, Owen maintained exceptional communication and customer service. The crew was professional, punctual, and detail-oriented—keeping the site clean, preparing tree planting areas, and installing new garden beds with precision.

They even went above and beyond by noticing a small detail from last year’s mega stone entrance hardscaping project and proactively fixing it. That level of accountability and pride in workmanship is rare in this industry.

JC Landscape operates with professionalism at every level—from ownership to team leads to the skilled landscape staff. Their ability to handle both hardscaping and softscaping projects while maintaining a high standard of excellence makes them a go-to choice for anyone looking to enhance their outdoor living space, curb appeal, and long-term landscape value.

Looking forward to seeing what they can create for us on the next project.

I had my backyard space completely changed thanks to JC Landscaping! Start to finish, I was very impressed with how extremely professional and respectful the JC team was. From listening to me to create my vision, to the amazing crews on-site every day, JC’s crews were night and day compared to other ones that I’ve worked with. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and the final product. They absolutely went above and beyond my expectations and are overall a great company to work with! It’s hard to find a contractor that you trust, but I 100% have. Now I just need to find a new project for them to do!!!!

We had our backyard completely transformed by JC Landscaping and we couldn’t be more happier with the outcome. We now have a gorgeous pool with a stunning water feature, perfect interlocking, stone stairs and lovely cedars. We were very impressed with the planning and execution and professionalism of the entire team. We have already recommended JC Landscaping to our family, friends, and neighbours and we are planning to hire them again to complete our front yard landscaping in the very near future.

From our initial contact to the final details, the entire JC team were the best contractors we have had the pleasure to work with.
Everyone from the office staff to the laborers was professional, responsive, on time, paid attention to detail, patient with our requests and revisions, always willing to make it right and please the customer. Working with JC Landscaping is a pleasure. Every employee is knowledgeable, professional and personable. They are very tidy and organized and they are true perfectionists. They treat my house as if it's their own right down to the tiniest of details and never leave a thing out of place. From start to finish, the process is always seamless. I will continue to use JC for all my landscaping needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for superior quality work!

Danielle Raucamp

We have been working with JC Landscaping on a massive backyard addition project for over a year and we could not have chosen a better team of professionals to work with.
JC Landscaping executed phase one of our vision beautifully. When the team showed up on site, they worked hard at getting things done and when they left at the end of the day our yard was always cleaned up. They were always pleasant to deal with and would explain in full detail what was on the agenda for each week. If we had any concerns they would be there with a variety of solutions. Now a days it is extremely hard to find such trustworthy and honest company to work with. We are looking forward to enjoying our new addition this summer and as well as getting the team back in to complete phase 2 and 3 and maybe other future project😊 . I would recommend JC Landscaping for any project large or small.

We hired JC Landscaping for two projects. One was transforming our unsightly and outdated front yard. The other was building a brand new deck in the back yard. This involved getting rid of our old rotting deck.

For both projects we were provided with a detailed concept design plan and a 3D design for the deck. This helped us get a great visual of what they would look like afterwards. I appreciated the visual because it gave me a great idea of what the front yard and new deck would look like.

JC Landscaping exceeded our expectations with their entire process including regular check ins by the owner to ensure things were going well.

The team who worked on the front yard and back deck were professional and obviously knew what they were doing. Both projects were done in the agreed timeline, in fact most of the deck work in the back was done while we were away on vacation.

We spend so much time outside in the summer and having a new expanded beautiful deck adds to our enjoyment. The recommendations for the deck, including expansion, was perfect.

We recommend JC Landscaping to anyone wanting to beautify their outdoor living space and make it the oasis you can enjoy!

Thanks to Justin, Brendan and the team!!

Our family underwent, what was for our family, a fairly substantial landscape project involving our new home. As such, we met with many landscape designers and contractors but in the end we felt most comfortable and confident in choosing JC Landscaping. Justin and his staff provided a wonderful, friendly and professional experience from the start by meeting with us several times and answering all of our questions and concerns. We used his services to create a multi phase project with the help of a 3D rendering to help us visualize the final state. The first phase completed was the front of our house with new stairs, railings, lighting, garden beds, trees, irrigation and driveway. We couldn’t be more pleased after engaging with his dedicated, professional and polite staff and contractors, and seeing the final result, we were exceptionally happy. They treated our home and neighbours with the upmost respect and professionalism. It was just such a pleasant, easy and rewarding experience working with the onsite and office teams. We’ve loved their services so much, we have had no hesitation recommending them to others based on our experience. We constantly get positive feedback from neighbours regarding the landscaping and design work. We look forward to, once the time is right for us, to complete the remainder of our project with Justin and JC Landscaping.

As we reflect on the year behind us, and all that was bad about 2020, we are grateful to JC Landscaping for finishing our backyard oasis and we look forward to spring and summer 2021 and enjoying our “resort” with friends and family.
Our project with JC Landscaping started in September 2019 with us knowing that it would not be complete until the spring of 2020. The team worked diligently for as long as they could until Mother Nature shut them down in late November; the plan was to restart in spring of 2020 – well, we all know what happened…
The restart was delayed due to Covid, but Justin kept us informed weekly, updating us on the restrictions from the Ontario Government and Landscape Ontario Rules. Justin remained positive the entire time and we understood that keeping us and his employees safe was his number one priority.
Mid-May the crew was back on site and resumed the work, only to have us throw a new project into the scope! Why wait to complete the vision when the crew was already here right? So, we added on a lower fire pit area with a dry riverbed and a bridge, without missing a beat the team jumped right in and by June 15th the project was complete!
As the crew finished the last clean up and loaded the equipment on their trucks we changed into swimsuits and planned a night by the fire.
2020 was a challenging year for everyone, but JC Landscaping, Justin and his crew, made it much easier for this family, we were happy to stay at home in our beautifully finished backyard! We look forward to enjoying our backyard for many years to come.
The “Casey Resort” is always open to the crew from JC Landscaping, so long as Justin brings the food and drinks 😉, just kidding, any time guys!!
We highly recommend JC Landscaping; thanks for making our backyard dreams come true!
