Concept Design & Master Planning
Our design team turns the scan data into a complete landscape design for your property. You see the design in 3D, so you know exactly how the finished space will look and flow. We map out materials, phasing, and long-term master planning at this stage, so every decision supports the full vision for the estate.
STEP 4
Construction Documentation
Before construction begins, JC Landscaping prepares a full set of construction documents for your project. These include elevation details, grading plans, lighting plans, drainage coordination, and precise layout drawings. Clear documentation removes guesswork, keeps every trade aligned, and protects quality from the first day of the build to the last.
STEP 5
Construction & Project Management

Final Delivery & Ongoing Care
When construction is complete, we walk the finished project with you and confirm every detail.
